Morfa Bay 'Summer Adventure' is a successful week’s summer camp based around outdoor adventurous activities and multi recreation sessions. The week takes place in the height of the summer during August and always promises to be a fantastic occasion. As an outdoor adventure centre we offer both day and residential courses for age’s groups of 8 – 16 years.
Why Morfa Bay 'Summer Adventure';
Not only does the summer camp provide an opportunity for your child to experience outdoor adventurous activities and make loads of new friends but it also gives us the chance to offer a week of unforgettable memories in an environment which helps to nurture and mature characters and promote healthy living. All campers will be working alongside experienced professionals who have a vast knowledge in the field of outdoor pursuits and summer camp instruction.

Date of Camp; Sun Aug 9th – Sun Aug 16th 09
N.B. Resident Campers can be dropped off between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on the Sunday beginning.
End of week collection will commence anytime between 10:30am and 1:00pm on the final day.
A Day @ Morfa Bay 'Summer Adventure';
8:30am Breakfast for summer camp residents followed by a period of free time before registration and activity start
9:15am Registration for day campers followed by morning routine and activity preparation
9:45am Groups gather for activities and are met by their Summer Camp Instructors

10:00am Activity begins with campers working/playing alongside their peers in small intimate activity groups, this will last up until lunch.
12:30pm Lunch time – campers are provided with a healthy nutritious lunch and get the chance to catch up with friends and staff to discuss about their morning experiences
1:45pm Groups gather once again for afternoon activities
2:00pm Activity begins and lasts up until 4:00pm. Campers then have the opportunity to spend some free time with friends and prepare for the evening meal.
4:30 – 5:00pm Day campers are collected
5:30pm Evening meal – involves a hot cooked meal with dessert. A period of free time will follow before the evening activity begins
7:30pm Evening activity – working with our Summer Camp Instructors those involved have the opportunity to participate in various games/activities, blowing off steam before settling down time
9:00pm Hot chocolate followed by settling down period and reflection on days events
10:00pm Lights out and plenty of sleep in readiness for another exciting day at Morfa Bay 'Summer Adventure'
