Utilising the superb local trails and the world class constructed trails at Afan Argoed
With the excellent local forestry trails in the Carmarthen area
Suitable for all abilities, we have so many trails on offer. Instructors on hand for tips and help. Refine your technique, learn more about your bike - how does it work, how to fix it or just get out and ride!!!
How and when can I do it???
Contact us for dates and availability. Once we have confirmed a date with you - fill in and return a booking form to place booking or fill in a booking form with us over the phone - to secure booking we must receive deposit of 50% of full cost.
What's included??
Qualified, experienced, friendly instruction. Marin mountain bike and helmet provided (feel free to bring your own). If you come for a full day session a packed lunch will be provided if requested (baguette or filled rolls, crisps, chocolate, fruit and hot and cold drinks).
What else will I need??
You will need warm clothes (layers) and waterproofs in case of inclement weather. Sunglasses/clear glasses. Rucksack. Gloves.

NEW FOR AUGUST 2006
The end of August will see the opening of the first of 3 superb constructed trails in Brechfa forest, Carmarthenshire. The first route - graded as a red route is 22km long and near completion - comprising of some unique features, with some super fast corners and jumps, as well as 'chicken runs' for the less experienced - it offers something for everyone in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Contact us for more details on this exciting new project. Build it into an adventure weekend with us or just use the centre as a base. We provide qualified guided tours of the forest trails as well as bike hire for those wishing to brave it alone.
